Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days unless stated otherwise.

  • Custom or commissioned artwork may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

To keep shipping simple and predictable, we offer flat-rate shipping based on order value:

  • Orders under $100 – Flat shipping rate of $6.95

  • Orders $100 and above – Free Shipping

For smaller items like magnets, bookmarks, and coasters, we recommend purchasing in sets to maximize value and reduce shipping costs.

Local Pickup (Texas Customers Only)

We offer free local pickup in [Frisco, Texas]. If you'd like to pick up your order, please select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout. We will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the U.S. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us at [your email] to discuss available options.

Packaging & Handling

  • Prints are carefully packaged in rigid mailers or flat boxes or bubble mailers with hard backing to prevent bending.

  • Small canvases and painted boxes are securely wrapped and boxed for protection.

  • We are committed to sustainability and may use recycled or eco-friendly packaging whenever possible.

Shipping Insurance

  • Orders are not insured above the default insurance provided by the shipping carrier.

  • Vibrant Strokes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.

Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. However, if your order arrives damaged:

  • Please email us at contact@monicasvibrantstrokes.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Attach clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • We will work with you to find a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
